1. Showroom Visit

At Two Rooms Ltd, we present our latest ranges, we invite you to experience at first hand the exceptional levels of attention to detail found in all our Kitchens and Bathrooms. We will offer you demonstrations along with knowledge of all current ranges. We will talk about your project and any specific features that you are looking for. We will ask you about your budget so that we can make the appropriate recommendations as we have quality kitchen to suit all budgets.

2. Design Consultation

The informal meeting will take place at the property or within the showroom if working from plans. This allows your designer to discuss requirements along with time scales and budgets. We will measure your room, and work out design details to create a room that suits your lifestyle, making the best use of the available space.

3. Presentation Meeting

We will invite you to our showroom to talk in more detail about your requirements and get a precise idea on your thoughts for your perfect kitchen. To help you visualize your new kitchen, we offer ‘3D’ Design Service to bring your kitchen to life. This allows you to really experience how your space will work for you.

Customers now have the opportunity to change or review any aspects of the quotation if they wish. It is important at this stage to get the design correct and exactly how you visualise your new kitchen to be. The first design usually raises lots of points for further discussion, so the next stage is very creative. As a result of the design consultation we will provide you with the final design and quote.

4. Final choices and order confirmation

This allows our customers time to digest the proposals and discuss any further design or pricing requests. Furniture, appliance and material specification can be finalised and installation dates are discussed and confirmed.

5. Site Survey

If you take advantage of our fitting service, our experienced kitchen fitter will visit the site to carry out a full technical survey to ensure measurements and furniture orders are correct and will discuss timescales to suit your schedule.

6. Delivery and Installation of your kitchen

The final stage – Fitting!

Our dedicated team of fitters will work with precision, achieving outstanding results for your project.

Please note:

We require a 25% deposit when you place your order. All balances must be cleared in full prior to delivery.

Balance of the installation is payable to the installer on completion and only when you are 100% satisfied with the works carried out.
